The “Youth Workers LAB – Business in digital age” project aims to equip youth workers and representatives from partner organizations with skills and knowledge as for both digital youth entrepreneurship and methods of online youth work. Participants will be 32 youth workers from Cyprus, Ukraine, Georgia, Romania, Moldova, Spain, Armenia, and Italy.
The project will consist of 2 mobility: the first in Cyprus and the second in Georgia.
The first training course program will be focused on principles and methodologies of online youth work and the challenges youth workers face. Participants will learn proposed methods and contribute with their unique experience in making newly updated methodologies for the first part of the Youth workers LAB Toolkit.
In the second mobility, participants will discover the opportunities of digital entrepreneurship and its features in local youth work with disadvantaged groups. Participants will create new methods for online social business promotion in their local communities and will contribute to the second part of Youth workers LAB
Toolkit.
Having gained the competences and tools necessary, participants will be able to accompany young people from vulnerable (or not) groups in using these youth work methods and digital entrepreneurial methods in their own projects.
