The project “Advocacy Lab” is a 6-days international training course under the Erasmus+ program for 25 youth workers and activists coming from Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Spain and Italy, organised in Beskid mountains, Poland, in November 2025. The project will increase the competencies of activists and youth workers in activism and supporting youth in conducting advocacy activities for social inclusion and women’s empowerment.
Main objectives:
- to equip participants and partner organisations with tools and skills needed to support youth in designing and conducting effective advocacy campaigns and activities offline and online to raise awareness about women’s empowerment and gender equality in their communities;
- better understanding and knowledge of advocacy as a tool for creating a culture of participation among youth and social change in partner countries;
- to provide participants with space for joint reflection on the effectiveness of conducted advocacy campaigns for women and ways to strengthen them, exchanging best practices regarding advocacy possibilities at the local level;
- to stimulate creativity and innovation to contribute to the improvement of the quality of advocacy campaigns by promoting the use of innovative and alternative forms of democratic participation, including digital democracy tools;
- to design advocacy initiatives by participants, with a special focus on the digital sphere, addressing specific issues facing women in partner countries.
