The Erasmus+ project “The Compass” is a Training Course that will take place in Tykocin, Poland on 19.04.2026 – 30.04.2026 (including travel days).
The project aims to strengthen the capacity of NGOs to design clear, realistic, and sustainable development strategies using the COMPASS methodology. Participants will gain practical tools to analyze their organizations, define long-term vision, build structured strategies, and effectively connect them with relevant funding opportunities, including Erasmus+ and other European and national programs.
By the end of the training course, participants will have developed a comprehensive understanding of their organization across key dimensions: vision, diagnosis, strategy, and sustainability. Each participant will produce a draft organizational development plan, including defined priorities, SMART objectives, and a basic funding strategy aligned with their goals, applicable to their NGOs.
They will be able to critically assess their organization’s current state, identify growth opportunities, and take structured steps toward long-term sustainability.
