The “International Team for Human Rights” Erasmus+ project is training course that will bring together youth workers from Croatia, France, Greece, Italy, and Spain in Bordeaux (France).
This project aims to strengthen and develop a European network of qualified youth professionals capable of designing, coordinating, and implementing international and intercultural projects focused on human rights.
It aims to position youth workers as strategic multipliers of human rights education (HRE) by equipping them with the skills, tools, and methodologies necessary to effectively support their young audiences, from the local to the international level.
The training program pursues several complementary objectives aimed at producing sustainable and measurable impacts.

- Discover and develop tools for learning to work in a transnational team

This project will be based on a collective approach of reflection and exchange of practices and experiences.
The group will be led to:
- Use artistic and cultural approaches to discover themselves
- Create their own tools for organising and managing projects
- Promote social cohesion through activities that encourage people to get to know each other
- Imagine and formalise KA1 or KA2 projects
- Discover the city of Bordeaux and surroundings
