“AI Toolbox for Youth Workers – Shaping the Future of Non-Profits” is an Erasmus+ training course project that aims is to increase the competences of youth workers by providing them with the knowledge and practical experience needed to effectively use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in their daily work. Through a combination of hands-on training, sharing experience, thematic workshops, discussions, and experiential learning methods, participants will learn how to use AI not only as a technical tool but also as a means to promote innovation, inclusivity, and engagement in youth work.
Key objectives:
- Enhancing digital literacy: Train youth workers how to use AI tools for social media, visuals, and videos, making youth work more dynamic and inclusive.
- Fostering collaboration: Create a space for sharing experiences, best practices, and innovative approaches to AI in youth work.
- Addressing ethics and safety: Promote discussions on data privacy, responsibility, and inclusivity to ensure AI complements, not replaces, human interaction.
Output:
Participants will co-create a digital AI Toolkit tailored to the needs of youth workers and youth organisations. It will provide practical AI tools and resources for social media, visual, and video content creation, as well as guidelines for ethical and inclusive use.
