“Tomorrow is Today” is a Youth Exchange Erasmus+ project about getting ready for the future job world. Through a strategic blend of targeted education, innovative exploration, and forward-thinking methodologies, the project aim to empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and resilience necessary to thrive in an professional environment.

Project objectives:

• Knowledge in fields related to future professions and competencies:
  Building a comprehensive knowledge base encompassing various domains crucial for future professions and essential competencies, fostering a holistic understanding and preparedness for the evolving landscape of careers and skill requirements.
• Development of emotional intelligence:
  Fostering the growth and enhancement of emotional intelligence, encompassing self-awareness, interpersonal skills, and effective management of emotions to empower individuals in personal and professional contexts.
• Improving skills of project management:
  Building proficiency in project management, encompassing the planning, execution, and successful completion of tasks, while emphasizing effective communication, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making to achieve project goals.
