During the Youth Exchange “In Media We Trust?” the participants will deal with the topic of media literacy and become agents of change by turning into social and civic journalists, learning the culture of Media Literacy, create media productions on relevant issues and develop a framework for media literacy as a core competency for active, engaged and participatory citizenship.
MAIN OBJECTIVES
- Develop critical thinking and media skills to question, evaluate and analyse what we hear, read, see.
- Find the motivation we need to become active, engaged media consumers and users.
- Increase youth participation via civic journalism and strengthen the basis of democracy.
- Facilitate networking and further co-operation on the topic of Media Literacy.
- Acquire competences related to personal abilities awareness, team work and communication skills.
- Increase knowledge in project management and digital campaign activities.
- Discover the Erasmus+ Programme and existing opportunities to cooperate in the future.
