The main aim of this project was to give to youth workers practical skills and to teach them to be entrepreneurship by developing their own skills of plan.

All activities set out in the project program were based on non formal education method focusing especially on networking between the participants and the possibility to learn from each other.

Overall, the project improved a wide range of skills and competences related to youth workers personal and professional development.

All the activities included in this project also contributed to achieve the European values as active citizenship, social cohesion and intercultural dialogue.
